Since your joining our school in Beijing, your health have been constantly impacted by environment factors. Because we care for your well being, we have deliberated how best to help you. Having spoken to you and your medical doctor, we know the Beijing environment has been impacting your health; therefore, we think it is best for you to have a change of environment quickly.
We have decided to release you from your contractual obligations with immediate effect. We will pay you two months salary in lieu of notice as required by your contract. In addition, we will also pay for your economy class airfare home.
We thank you for your service to our school. It is our hope that a change of environment will serve you better. You will have better access to medical care at your home country when the needs arise.
