Price Record and Comparison

1. Go to Google
2. Open Excel
3. From the pull-down menu, find "Tools"
4. Select "Form"

Form set up with the input fields below:

• Product / Service Name
• Product / Service Type
• Shop / Channel / Place
• Price (per unit)
• Remarks (Please state the conditions when applicable)
• Record Date
